The Founder

A lifetime devoted to the study of becoming.

Kafi is an executive coach, organizational consultant, and master practitioner of NLP. Her path threads cognitive psychology, applied neuroscience, mindfulness, business strategy, finance, and human resources into a singular practice — one that holds the leader and the human as inseparable.

She has spent decades guiding founders, C-suite executives, and organizations through their most consequential transitions: scaling companies, redesigning cultures, navigating loss, and returning to themselves after seasons of forgetting.

Her approach is unmistakably feminine in its attentiveness, and exacting in its standards. She does not promise quick results. She offers the slower, deeper work of transformation — the kind that holds.
